Body brush/Back brush /loafah /sponge
Milk powder and Muslin cloth/Raw milk
Plush towels

  • Start with lighting an aroma candle to bring you into mood.Be sure ,candle is kept where it can be seen by you all the time to avoid any mishappenings.
  • Make yourself a cold drink or a freshly sqeezed juice glass with a lot of ice to give you that soothing feel.
  • Fill up your bathtub with warm water and put some drops of any vegetable oil or any oil you think suits your skin.
    Note:-Take extra precautions to wash your tub in the end to avoid slipping.
  • In a muslin cloth,put some milkpowder ,wrap it and use it as a scrubber sponge or you can also use raw milk to smooth over your body ,massage it and then enter your tub when using raw milk.Use body brush for scrubbing very dry areas like,soles of the feet.
  • Then soak yourself in the warm water of the tub ,use a bath pillow or even a towel rolled up can be used as a pillow
  • Enjoy your drink ,sipping in between to boost energy and to relax
  • Put cucumber slices soaked in cold water on your eyes for five minutes.
  • If you have space around keep some magazines or a novel you love to read and relax.
  • Besides all,be happy as you are doing yourself some good after all those tiring hours ,as a woman who is happy herself can make others happy too.
  • Remember!! Relaxation is the key, so avoid picking up any phonecalls or thinking about the outside world.You need to spend sometime alone which can relax , energize and rejuvenate you for different roles as a woman of today.
