1. Drink atleast eight glasses of water daily. As soon as you sit to eat, drink a glass of water or two(if You can) ,This reduces your total food intake thus acting as filler and is a hunger suppressant.
2. Keep the kitchen shelves with minimum snacks. Keep only low fat snacks , avoid deep fried foods and use baked foods woth low fat content.
3. Use garlic,onion and chillies as they increase the fat burning ability of your body.
4.Be a selective purchaser ,look for calories ,carbohydrates and fat content in food items You buy.
5. Always eat a little heavy breakfast. It helps to keep You energetic and less hungry at the other mealtimes.The graph of eating patttern according to researchers, from morning to evening should always follow a straight line whose higher coordinates belong to breakfast time and lowest to dinner .
6.Eat more green Vegetables and fruits but avoid dressings and creames,instead use honey and just extra virgin oil.
7.Make an exercise routine and stick to it.
8.Adopt a positive attitude ,nothing can work , if You are not optimistic.
